Since October 2016 Marla is also a member of the Institute for Robotic Process Automation (IRPA) Advisory Committee, participating in the planning and development of new programs relating to RPA, machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Prior to his current role, Tim was Executive Vice President and Head of the Wholesale Business Information Office (BIO) at SunTrust. In this role Tim was responsible for information management, including information strategy, analytics, reporting and data governance, along with technology strategy, investment planning, prioritization and execution for the Wholesale Banking Division.
Prior to becoming the Wholesale BIO in 2012, Tim was Head of Business Consulting and Operations for Diversified Commercial Banking where he was responsible for business strategy, financial analysis, client insights, change management, project execution and reward and recognition programs. From 2008 to 2010 Tim was the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (STRH) and Head of STRH Services. Michael Schiappa is the Head of Global Labor and Consulting for MetLife, based in the Boston, MA office. Prior to UCB, Tiffany began her career as a Purchasing Associate with Procter & Gamble (P&G), with responsibility for direct spend (flexible packaging, nonwovens and adhesives), before being promoted to Sourcing Leader and relocated to Atlanta, GA.  In that role, she managed and consolidated spend in key indirect categories across 10 plants, as well as becoming the regional U.S. Supplier Diversity Coordinator for the Southeast. 

After P&G and four years with UCB, she further built her capabilities via opportunities in the non-profit, financial IT, and telecommunications sectors before returning to UCB in a leadership role in 2014.

As a successful strategic sourcing professional, Tiffany is experienced in managing transformative high-profile projects through effective leadership of regional and global cross-functional teams.  She is driven and has a passion for maximizing program budget impact, beyond contract terms and pricing, through stakeholder and supplier relationship management, scope rationalization, and process and end-user experience optimization.

His leadership experience includes change management, team building, personnel development and crisis management. His Supply Chain experience includes Procurement, Warehousing, Manufacturing and Logistics. Additionally, he has experience in project management, organization and process design and integrated operations.
While at Georgia Tech he has led changes to the organizational structure and processes and  implemented a range of systems including a full eBusiness Procure-to-Pay SciQuest Suite, electronic Travel and Expense, Integrated Imaging storage and workflows, eSourcing, electronic vendor registrations and Spend Analytics. Georgia Tech achieved a exceptionally rare 100% Federal Audit score on the recent Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR).
He was recently the Keynote Speaker at ProcureCon Asia 2016 in Singapore. He enjoys travel, the outdoors, water activities and sports and has traveled to 35 countries. He played on the winning U.S. team for the 1985 European Amateur Rugby 7’s Championship in Berlin.

Later, Mike transitioned into a Strategic Account Executive position with Aerotek, where he developed and executed on national sales and delivery strategies and coached multiple sales and recruiting teams in unique delivery solutions. Mike was proficiently able to align talent acquisition strategies to client specific business framework, and he often consulted customers and colleagues on market trends and labor analysis to identify pains, develop solutions, and implement strategies to influence positive business outcomes. His experience identifying opportunities and managing complex client RF processes by working interpedently with multiple departments and internal team members in this role prepared Mike for success in the position he holds today.

With more than 19 years of talent acquisition and recruitment industry experience, Jessi Guenther serves as the executive director of SIGMA, Allegis Global Solutions’ (AGS) purpose-built solution for the small to mid-sized managed services provider (MSP) market.
Jessi started her journey with Allegis Group in 1997 as a recruiter for our affiliate company, Aerotek. After holding a number of roles in recruiting, management, and organizational development, she transferred to AGS in 2004 as a program director to implement and manage a portfolio of MSP clients in Milwaukee. In 2008, Jessi was asked to move to Seattle to build and manage one of the most complex MSP clients in the AGS portfolio, while helping expand the business from the US into Canada, Europe, and India.
In her most recent role, Jessi relocated to the UK in 2012 to take responsibility for the strategic direction of our operations in EMEA. Effective August 2016, Jessi will relocate back to the US with her husband and two sons to carry out her current role.
